Common issues and fixes
Deposit funds
Navigate to Dashboard → Wallet → Deposit. Copy your deposit address for the selected currency, send funds on-chain, then submit the deposit form with amount and optional transaction hash. Deposits are credited after admin approval.
Withdraw funds
Go to Dashboard → Wallet → Withdraw. Enter amount and destination wallet address, then click Withdraw. Processing typically takes at least 20 minutes. Your balance is deducted only once the withdrawal is approved.
Log in & security
Sign in at /login with your email and password. If two-factor authentication is enabled, enter your 6-digit TOTP code. Manage 2FA and profile settings from the Profile page after logging in.
Manage your account
Use the Dashboard for balances, open trades, and transaction history. Update your profile, enable 2FA, and review holdings from the Profile page.
Binary options trading
Open Web Trader at /trade. Select a crypto pair, choose UP or DOWN, set your USDT stake and timeframe (1, 5, 15, or 30 minutes). Trades settle automatically; ties are cancelled and stakes refunded.
Binary vs spot trading
Binary options are short-term directional bets settled in USDT with fixed payouts. Spot trading buys or sells actual crypto balances on-platform at live reference prices — ideal for holding or converting between USDT and crypto.
Spot trading
Visit /spot or Dashboard → Wallet → Spot. Place market or limit orders on 13 crypto/USDT pairs. Minimum order size is $5 USDT equivalent. Admin-configured spreads apply to execution prices.
Payout rates
Binary payout rates vary by timeframe (e.g. 1 min, 5 min, 15 min, 30 min) and are configured in platform settings. Your trade ticket shows the applicable rate before you confirm. Winning trades pay stake × payout rate.
Market hours
Cryptocurrency markets operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Manna Trade reference prices update continuously via CoinGecko. Binary trades settle on schedule regardless of traditional market hours.
Platforms overview
Manna Trade runs in your browser — no download required. Use Web Trader for binary options, Spot Terminal for spot markets, and Dashboard for wallet and history. The interface is optimized for desktop and mobile browsers.
Troubleshooting
